Every instructor is verified
No one teaches on Klass Online without passing verification first. Profiles show qualifications, and ratings come from real learners after real sessions.
Sessions stay inside the platform
Sessions run inside the Klass Online app and may be recorded and monitored by the platform for safety, quality, and dispute resolution. Users themselves cannot record sessions, protecting every learner's privacy.
Your data stays protected
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and stored securely. Other users only ever see what the platform needs to show, never your private details.
Clear conduct rules
Harassment, inappropriate content, and requests to move contact or payment off the platform are prohibited. Klass Online can restrict or remove anyone who breaks the rules.
Payments that protect you
Payments run through Koins, the in-app booking credits, with a transparent record of every transaction and automatic refunds when a session is cancelled by an instructor or the platform.

Report any concern from inside the app or at support@klass.online. Reports are reviewed against platform records, including session recordings where needed.
