Instructors select relevant options during onboarding or profile management and submit them for approval before they appear publicly.

Koins are in-app booking credits used to reserve eligible services on Klass Online.

Select an available Koin package and complete payment using one of the methods shown on the platform.

Purchased Koins expire one year from the date of purchase. Promotional Koins may have different conditions shown when issued.

No. Koins remain in the account to which they were issued and are used only for eligible bookings on Klass Online.

Yes. Cancel at least eight hours before the scheduled start to receive the applicable Koin credit. Late cancellations may not be eligible.

A learner or instructor may request a new time at any point before the session starts. A learner's request requires the instructor's approval, while an instructor's request requires the learner's approval. The original time remains confirmed until the request is accepted.

Group and Prime bookings follow the conditions shown before booking. Individual learners cannot cancel or reschedule a single Prime session, and any approved Prime schedule change applies to the full group.

A missed session may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Earnings depend on the approved services you offer and the sessions you complete. The applicable service amount is shown before you accept or deliver it.

Eligible earnings are normally reviewed for seven days after a session is completed before becoming available for payout.

Eligible independent instructors can request a payout to a verified method once their approved available earnings reach QAR 600, unless another threshold is shown.

An authorised representative can apply and submit the requested business and instructor information. Klass Online reviews the application and coordinates onboarding for approved listings.

Institutes can showcase approved instructors and services, reach more learners, receive bookings and manage delivery through a structured digital channel.

Yes. Instructor listings are added through the institute's onboarding arrangement and are reviewed before publication.
